Privacy policy for Aranah

Aranah is built by HuiDots, a small three-app studio in Singapore. This page tells you, in plain language, what data Aranah keeps, what it does with it, and how you can have it removed. We have written this for a driver, not a lawyer. If you want the formal wording, see the general HuiDots privacy policy.

What Aranah is

Aranah is a single-driver trip-and-shift ledger. You drop in your trip and shift data. Aranah shows you what your week actually pays after the costs that matter in Singapore (fuel, ERP, COE, depreciation, the everyday wear on your car). Aranah does not talk to your bank, your insurance, or your employer.

How to delete the data

You can delete your account and the cloud-side trip data from the Aranah app:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap the menu → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with the email verification code.

Cloud-side trip rows and computed shift stats are removed within 7 days; cached backups expire within 30 days. Once deletion starts, it is irreversible.

If you cannot access the app, write to [email protected] from the email you signed up with and we will run the deletion manually.

Children

Aranah is not for drivers under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material on this page, we will bump the Last updated date above and show an in-app banner the next time you sign in.
